Shaft brake systems for ships

The individual shaft brake systems can be optionally equipped with split brake discs and maintain full functionality even after flooding with up to five meters of water column (higher values on request). The systems are designed for flooding durations of up to 72 hours and continue to work reliably afterwards. They withstand shock loads of up to 150g. The calculative proof of shock resistance as well as a complete ILS documentation will be provided for you by ATEK Drive Solutions GmbH.
