Bevel Gearboxes
Bevel gear units are high-precision and high-performance torque converters. These high-performance gear units meet the high demands of our time in every respect. They are compact and insensitive to shocks. It is not without reason that they are used worldwide in all branches of industry in mechanical and plant engineering, among others. Bevel gearboxes are also colloquially known as bevel gearwheels, bevel gear axle drives, gearwheels or reduction and transmission gears.
ATEK bevel gearboxes have wheelsets with high-quality spiral toothing made of hardened case-hardened steel. A gear set consists of a bevel pinion (small number of teeth / small diameter) and a bevel gear (large number of teeth / large diameter). Wheelsets with spiral toothing offer the advantage of very favorable meshing ratios (high degree of overlap).
Our bevel gears are low noise, insensitive to shocks and vibrations, high load capacity with maximum power density. They are available with hollow shaft, reinforced shaft and with a flange for different types of motors.
