Powerful offset gearboxes
Worm gearboxes are high-precision and high-performance offset gearboxes. They are low-noise and insensitive to shocks. A worm gearbox consists of a worm shaft, which can be single or multi-speed, and a worm wheel, which has vibration-damping properties.
Due to its mode of operation, a worm gear enables high transmission ratios in a single transmission stage. There is the possibility of dynamic and static self-locking depending on the size and transmission ratio of the gearbox.
