The Hygienic Design Gear Type HDVS has been specifically developed for the highest hygiene and reliability requirements in the food and pharmaceutical industries – also for offshore and the harshest environmental conditions. Based on the proven single-stage bevel gear series VS, the HDVS gear offers identical external dimensions, but with a consistently hygienic design.

Thanks to the use of high-quality stainless steels, all external components are corrosion-resistant, acid and alkaline resistant, ensuring easy cleaning and maximum hygiene. The optimized surface design facilitates cleaning and reliably protects against contamination. Proven features such as high running smoothness, efficiency, robustness, and accuracy of engagement are, of course, retained.
