In our standard range, we realize braking moments of up to 100,000 Nm, while our gearbox solutions cover transferable nominal torques of up to 4,400 Nm for bevel gearboxes, up to 13,720 Nm for worm gears, and up to 206 Nm for planetary gearboxes. This creates defined, reproducible conditions for operation, transport, and service, increases safety when working on the machine, and supports stable processes, for example, when maneuvering, starting on inclines, or holding working tools. Depending on the machine concept, the system can be configured modularly and can consist of gearboxes (e.g., angular or special gearboxes), brakes (operating, holding, or safety brakes), and interfaces for actuators and sensors. The unit is typically complemented by a suitable actuator (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electric) and a freely definable integration into your machine control. Upon request, we realize application-based evidence and tests (e.g., lifetime and thermal studies, braking moment/holding moment design, load collectives) as well as defined tests to reduce risks before series release. Test and acceptance runs can – depending on the project – be prepared and accompanied by us in-house to reduce development risks and make commissioning more predictable.
